The new facility is a modern 13-story manufacturing building with a total construction area of over 20,000 square meters and a professional workforce of more than 200 employees. The new Zhongshan factory is equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced automated production equipment to ensure high productivity and consistent quality. Our upgraded manufacturing capabilities include high-speed SMT production lines, automated pick-and-place machines, automated PCB insertion machines, precision automated dispensing machines, and a brand-new assembly line designed for efficient mass production. In addition, the facility features professional temperature and humidity testing machines and new gas calibration machines, allowing us to conduct accurate performance testing and calibration in-house. A dedicated cleanroom further enhances product reliability, especially for precision electronic components and sensitive sensor products.
With the expansion of this new factory, our product portfolio has also been significantly upgraded. In addition to our established home alarm system products, we have officially expanded into industrial alarm systems, offering more comprehensive safety solutions for commercial and industrial applications. This expansion allows us to better meet the diverse needs of distributors, system integrators, and project-based customers. Supported by strong R&D capabilities and scalable production capacity, we are now able to provide customized solutions, OEM and ODM services, and faster lead times for both residential and industrial safety markets.
